As the treating practitioner, I first saw this patient for persistent breast discomfort accompanied by irregular menstrual cycles, symptoms that had been affecting her daily life for approximately two years. In addition to breast tenderness and discomfort, the patient also reported soreness, heaviness, and restricted sensation extending into the arms and shoulders, particularly during certain phases of her menstrual cycle. These symptoms had gradually become more frequent and disruptive over time.
Following a comprehensive assessment, I developed a treatment plan aimed at improving circulation, relieving stagnation and tension in the chest and upper extremities, regulating the menstrual cycle, and supporting the body's overall hormonal balance and recovery mechanisms. Treatment focused on addressing both the local symptoms and the broader systemic patterns contributing to the patient's condition.
After just one week of treatment, the patient reported an approximately 80% reduction in breast discomfort. The soreness and heaviness previously experienced in the arms improved significantly, and she noticed that her menstrual cycle had shortened and begun moving toward a more regular pattern. She also reported feeling lighter and more comfortable overall, with less physical discomfort during daily activities.
After one month of treatment, the patient reported that the breast discomfort had almost completely resolved. Arm mobility and comfort had returned to normal, and the previous sensations of heaviness and tightness were no longer affecting her daily routine. In addition, her menstrual cycle had gradually become more regular, and menstrual-related symptoms such as discomfort, bloating, and fatigue were noticeably reduced compared with before treatment.
From a clinical perspective, symptoms involving breast discomfort and menstrual irregularity are often interconnected and may reflect broader patterns involving circulation, hormonal regulation, and systemic balance. Early intervention and individualized treatment can play an important role in improving symptoms and supporting long-term health and wellbeing.
The above reflects the experience of an individual patient and is provided for educational purposes only. Treatment outcomes may vary depending on individual health conditions and responses to treatment.
