As the treating practitioner, I first saw this patient for persistent breast discomfort accompanied by irregular menstrual cycles, symptoms that had been affecting her daily life for approximately two years. In addition to breast tenderness and discomfort, the patient also reported soreness, heaviness, and restricted sensation extending into the arms and shoulders, particularly during certain phases of her menstrual cycle.
